U2004 Source Measure Unit
U2004 Source Measure Unit (SMU) features four-quadrant output capability: it can provide positive voltage & positive current (Quadrant 1), negative voltage & positive current (Quadrant 2), negative voltage & negative current (Quadrant 3), or positive voltage & negative current (Quadrant 4). With U2004, users can customize arbitrary voltage or current output for any load without overvoltage or oscillation, while measuring the load’s voltage or current.
